HBE Hot Stamping Press features an intuitive HMI interface for easy control of pressing force, stroke, and die cushion. It automatically saves all process data in a DAQ database for comprehensive monitoring and analysis. The system is powered by a Siemens S7 PLC, which facilitates seamless interfacing with loading and uploading robots. An advanced motion control system precisely manages the press position at high speed, ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, the press offers perfect integration with robotic automation to further enhance productivity and efficiency. Ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 Tons.
HBE manufactures lightweight, high-quality forged aluminum wheels for vehicles including cars, trucks, trailers, buses, and tanks. Our wheels offer enhanced energy efficiency and a naturally polished finish—no coating required. Specializing in high-energy presses, we design and build systems tailored for press-forging aluminum wheels. Whether you need a single press or a complete production line, we provide comprehensive solutions with full support, adaptable to one, two, or three shift operations. Our turnkey processes include: • Simultaneous Hub & Rim Forging: Using patented soft aluminum forging or heated 6061 billets. • Hub Forging & Flow Forming of Rims: Specially engineered for precise hub forging.
HBE designs ranging from 500 to 8,000 Tons and builds plants to produce high-pressure gas cylinders from steel or aluminum billets. Our innovative manufacturing process upsets, forms, and draws the billet into a cylinder, delivering robust and reliable products. We manufacture three types of cylinders: • Steel gas cylinders • Steel gas cylinders with carbon filament winding • Aluminum gas cylinders with carbon filament winding HBE provides both the specialized machinery and engineering expertise for these products, including hydrogen cylinders. For instance, cylinder sizes are calculated using our HBE 3000-ton Cylinder Forming Press, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
HBE Ring Rolling Mills with diameters up to 9,000mm can produce rings with rectangular cross-sections and defined inner and outer profiles. Any material with acceptable forging properties can be rolled on an HBE Ring Rolling Mill, many of which are as follows: • Carbon steels • Low and high-alloy steels • Austenitic steels containing chromium and nickel • Superalloys such as Hastelloy, Waspaloy, Incoloy, Inconel & Nimonic • Non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, titanium, and copper alloys
HBE builds heavy-duty rail-bound forging manipulators with lifting capacities from 20 to 300 tons. Our robust machines feature high-performance drives and multi-axis tongs with specialized jaw designs for versatile, secure, and smooth operation in demanding forging environments.
Flow forming is a precision cold forming process that produces both simple and complex, round, seamless, hollow components with zero distortion. It supports forward, reverse, or shear forming on the same machine and works with a wide range of metals, including aluminum, brass, copper alloys, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, superalloys, and other heat-resistant steels.
HBE designs and builds both horizontal and vertical extrusion presses, with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 20,000 tons. Custom presses with higher tonnage ratings, including specialized vertical designs, are available on request. With decades of experience, HBE has successfully designed and manufactured over thirty extrusion and hydraulically powered presses for very large components, ensuring high performance, reliability, and precision for heavy-duty industrial applications.
HBE’s Double Action Deep Drawing Forming Presses feature a robust 4-column design that securely clamps blanks for precise forming. With their compact, rigid square configuration, these presses maximize plant space while delivering exceptional performance for disks, tank ends, dished products, and more. Experience unmatched efficiency and precision in metal forming with HBE.
